Very bad experience with these THIEVES to say the least! I call urgently, they make themselves available immediately... ... and nothing to say about this ... I pay the outgoing fee, € 60 and it's fine, the technician tells me ... it's another € 180 to check the problem ... and try to solve it in theory...but nothing...after several connections the damper still didn't work, so I pay €240 to still not solve anything! Then he tells me ... let's try to change the control unit, fine another € 280 ... guess what? It wasn't that...then he realizes that the problem comes from the button wire, you have to call an electrician, I ask for the cost and he tells me and booo it will be at least another €160, at which point I decide to call my electrician who is certainly more economic! What a case! Control unit and broken wire! Result: no repairs at the modest sum of €600! Not to mention the rudeness of the technician! Even my clients noticed! Very bad experience. Called on Saturday afternoon due to blockage of the boiler, they send two technicians who say that... the control unit needs to be changed, but that it is necessary to wait for Monday morning to check the availability of the part. On Monday no one makes himself heard; I call the mobile numbers of the two technicians and no one answers, the switchboard doesn't know what to say and has a manager call me who gets the numbers of the two technicians from me and says he will check and get back to me as soon as possible. After more than half an hour I call him back, he doesn't answer and won't call again. In the end I call the technician who usually checks the fumes and solves the problem. Bad job and very expensive. €430 without VAT to install this roller outside the window, citing as a reason that my... roller inside the box was no longer produced. My neighbor told me (unfortunately later...) that she just had it replaced. This reel will cost a maximum of 5€ and I paid 160 for it, then honestly I'm not sure what to attribute the rest of the cost up to 430€. I was told that they changed the straps that hold the shutter to the roller, but it's still too much. For an hour of work it seems to me quite excessive....Definitely not recommended. 10 minutes of work almost €300 because the door was blocked! I understand the urgency but up to a certain point! In an emergency I called them because the shutter blocked and they asked for € 50 for the exit. Once the technician... arrives, he understands that the release is not resolved in 10 minutes, therefore with complaints and uncertainty that he does not know if he can repair or unlock he initially asks € 280, then after the release 330 and finally € 402.60 with VAT. I was not at home, otherwise I would have been reluctant to let the work proceed. They are real thieves, they asked for € 80 for the exit that they previously communicated, then € 200 for the repair... lasting less than 15 minutes to solve a small problem of the expansive vessel of the aqueduct that was blocked due to lack of water in the Saturday morning. Sono dei veri ladri, hanno rischiesto euro 80 per l'uscita che hanno comunicato precedentemente, poi euro 200 per la... riparazione durata meno di 15 minuti per risolvere un piccolo problema del vaso espansivo dell'aquedotto che si era bloccato per mancanza d'acqua al sabato mattina.
